Responsibilities
- Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet Kuiper production rate requirements
- Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities
- Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rates/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers
- Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or supply chain roles
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials
- Experience driving continuous improvement activities and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving supplier development programs and manufacturing technology transfers
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
