Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts for systems and automated equipment designs.
- Conduct effective meetings and document discussions and decisions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Experience with automated equipment and integrated systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CAD/CAE modeling tools.
- Familiarity with industrial controls and reliability engineering practices.
- Proven technical leadership and experience in product development.
- Lean Six Sigma experience equivalent to Green Belt level.
