Responsibilities
- Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development life-cycle, including test plan execution.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects and tasks while influencing and communicating with stakeholders.
- Define project scope, delivery, budget, and set objectives.
- Lead and coordinate design and execution efforts between internal teams and vendors.
- Conduct design reviews and communicate impacts of proposed solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems and packaging technologies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
- Master's degree preferred.
