Responsibilities
- Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development life-cycle, including test plan execution.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects and tasks, influencing and communicating with partners.
- Define project scope, delivery, and budget; set objectives and analyze data.
- Lead technical solutions involving technology applications and automation integration.
- Coordinate design and execution efforts with internal teams and vendors.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems and packaging technologies.
- Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at an intermediate level.
