Responsibilities
- Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development life-cycle, including test plan execution.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects and communicate with partners for automation solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and analyze data to drive improvements.
- Lead design and execution efforts between internal teams and vendors.
- Participate in design reviews and communicate impacts of proposed solutions.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems and packaging technologies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at an intermediate level.
- Master's degree is a plus.
