Responsibilities
- Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development life-cycle, including test plan execution.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Define project scope, delivery, budget, and set objectives.
- Deep dive into technical solutions encompassing advanced technology applications and automation integration.
- Coordinate design and execution efforts with internal teams and vendors.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives in support of operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Preferred experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems and packaging technologies.
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.
- Master's degree is preferred.
