Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects and deliver on objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on systems architecture.
- Collaborate with teams to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Articulate system and equipment designs to internal customers and partners.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with automation solutions and technical project management.
- Strong technical leadership skills in industrial engineering projects.
