Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production.
- Work with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure smooth product launches.
- Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
- Demonstrate thorough engineering analysis and ownership throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept models.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys, experience with complex mechanical product design, and proficiency in PLM software.
