Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute product designs from concept to production.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations for product launch.
- Write requirements, functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures.
- Exhibit thorough engineering analysis and ownership of projects.
- Design holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for automation solutions.
- Create design of experiments and lead cross-functional automation of experiments.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
- Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and their application.
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation.
- Experience with full lifecycle project management.
- Ability to evaluate design and performance tradeoffs for hardware systems.
