Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute product designs from concept to production.
- Work with Ergo, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and vendors for smooth product launch and sustainment.
- Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
- Apply industrial design principles to enhance ergonomics and user experience.
- Create and release drawings for scale manufacturing.
- Implement customer feedback loops to address emerging challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
- Thorough understanding of principles in mechanical engineering and product design.
- Preferred knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis.
- Experience in designing complex mechanical products through the full development cycle.
