Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
- Support and manage daily production operations, eliminating blockers and part shortages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Provide design for manufacturability feedback to improve hardware.
- Work with process, quality, and design engineers to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Support technician teams by resolving obstacles and managing non-conformances.
- Specify and procure tools and line equipment for hardware builds.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
- 1+ year of experience with Computer Aided Design tools such as Solidworks or NX/Unigraphics.
- Related experience from internships or college organizations.
- Technical writing experience for work instructions and test plans.
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes, assembly, and testing methods.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
