Responsibilities
- Write work instructions and troubleshoot non-conformances.
- Execute critical satellite assembly build and test campaigns with hands-on work.
- Define and implement Work Order and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in developing automated quality manufacturing processes.
- Specify, design, and procure assembly equipment and tools.
- Optimize AIT takt time and cost planning.
- Review designs for manufacturability and approve design releases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in integrating, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.
- 1+ year of experience with Computer Aided Design tools like Solidworks or NX/Unigraphics.
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes and handling systems for material flow.
- Familiarity with QTP/ATP, functional testing, and environmental testing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
