Responsibilities
- Owning the delivery of mechatronic products to market on time and within budget.
- Scoping, managing, and delivering multiple technical projects from concept to production.
- Developing and reporting performance metrics for the engineering team.
- Recruiting and developing team members while raising performance standards.
- Evaluating and improving design processes.
- Maintaining communication with cross-functional teams.
- Overseeing the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, with 3+ years in management.
- Familiarity with CAD & FEA design tools and industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a design team.
- Commitment to rigorous testing and validation practices.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
