Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical systems and systems integration.
- Solve problems and communicate effectively within a team.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead the hiring process.
- Perform feature design and testing to meet program objectives.
- Conduct test failure analysis and validate solutions for product development.
- Support program integration and manage schedules and milestones.
- Prepare and deliver updates to the Executive team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
- Experience in designing complex mechanical products at volume (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing work environments.
