Responsibilities
- Manage lab activities and handle multiple deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external groups, including vendors for lab equipment.
- Deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards for time to market, cost, and quality.
- Manage inventory and procurement of components and equipment.
- Apply soldering and rework skills.
- Read schematics and PCB layout effectively.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in engineering labs.
- Proficiency in soldering and rework skills (0402, QFNs, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Basic debugging experience of electronic boards.
- Strong computer skills across multiple operating systems (Mac/Windows, Linux).
