Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end equipment technology development from ideation to implementation.
- Write requirements, functional specifications, and test procedures.
- Collect customer feedback to propose enhancements.

- Conduct progress reviews and reporting.

Job Requirements
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD.
- Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept models.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Experience in writing technical documents and evaluating design trade-offs.
