Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end equipment technology development from ideation to implementation.
- Write requirements, specifications, and test procedures.
- Gather customer feedback to propose enhancements.

Job Requirements
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Experience in writing technical documents and communicating concepts.
- Familiarity with evaluating design and performance trade-offs for hardware systems.
