Responsibilities
- Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for material flow and efficiency problems in the supply chain.
- Coordinate design efforts to develop optimal solutions for fulfillment and transportation networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for cost-effective solutions.
- Manage multiple projects while influencing and communicating with stakeholders.
- Travel globally 40% to interact with business and technical leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of Amazon experience.
- 2+ years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects involving Material Handling Equipment.
- Proficiency in business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and experience with automated material handling equipment and Lean Principles.
