Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Validate CAD projects with internal partners for alignment on inputs and material flow.
- Collaborate with teams to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Travel to observe on-site processes for design improvement.
- Develop mechanisms to enhance work processes and team deliverables.
- Work on green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofit projects.
- Problem-solve and contribute to high-impact projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of CAD software experience (Revit/AutoCAD is a bonus).
- 2-5 years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects.
- Proficient with business/technical software like MS Excel and MS Project.
- Preferred experience with automated material handling equipment and robotics.
- Understanding of rate models and process design based on Lean Principles.
