Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Validate CAD projects with internal partners.
- Collaborate with teams to generate effective solutions.
- Travel to observe on-site processes for design improvements.
- Develop mechanisms to enhance work processes.
- Identify system bottlenecks through rate models.
- Serve as a liaison between CAD teams and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of CAD software experience (Revit/AutoCAD preferred).
- 2-5 years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects.
- Proficiency in business/technical software (MS Excel, MS Project).
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 5% within the US.
