Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Validate CAD projects by collaborating with internal partners.
- Generate high-quality, cost-effective, and safe solutions with teams.
- Travel to observe on-site processes for design improvement.
- Develop mechanisms to enhance work processes and team deliverables.
- Identify system bottlenecks to balance flow and mitigate design risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on project inputs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of CAD software experience (Revit/AutoCAD preferred).
- 2-5 years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in managing engineering design projects.
- Proficiency in business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio.
- Knowledge of automated material handling equipment and robotics preferred.
- Ability to travel 5% within the US.
