Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Own multiple projects from concept realization through design approval.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on projects.
- Collaborate with the Ops Engineering team for project installation and commissioning.
- Work on a variety of projects, including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
- Engage with a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to high-impact projects and learn in a dynamic setting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or related areas.
- Proficiency in business/technical software such as MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.
- Familiarity with system architecture and optimization concepts.
- Willingness to travel 20%, including globally.
