Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define design criteria for expansion.
- Develop design and analytical models to assess feasibility and operational costs.
- Generate and implement design processes that meet operational and safety criteria.
- Review designs and technical documents for approval.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and optimize existing designs.
- Communicate and present technical documents and drawings effectively.
- Manage projects and communicate with stakeholders using project management tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects involving Material Handling Equipment.
- Proficiency in business/technical software, including CAD software.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, or similar CAD programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in solution optimization and process development.
