Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders on design and expansion criteria.
- Develop design and analytical models to show feasibility and operational cost.
- Generate and implement design processes with operational and safety criteria.
- Review designs and supporting technical documents for approvals.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and optimization in existing designs.
- Communicate and present technical documents/drawings effectively.
- Project manage and communicate with stakeholders via project management tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects involving Material Handling Equipment.
- Proficiency in business/technical software like MS Excel and CAD software.
- 2+ years of engineering experience in industrial, logistics, or related environments.
- Expert in AutoCAD, REVIT, or similar CAD programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in solution optimization and process development.
