Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders on design criteria and expansion.
- Develop design and analytical models to assess feasibility and operational costs.
- Generate and implement design processes to meet operational and safety criteria.
- Review designs and technical documents for approvals.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and optimize existing designs.
- Communicate and present technical documents and drawings effectively.
- Manage projects and communicate with stakeholders using project management tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years Amazon experience.
- 2 years in Design/Innovation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing engineering design projects involving Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
- 2+ years of engineering experience in relevant environments.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, or other CAD programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in solution optimization and process development.
