Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute testing of electrical systems and components.
- Develop test strategies and solutions for new products with a focus on automation and quality improvement.
- Work with hardware development and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Create test plans to verify adherence to specifications.
- Develop test fixtures, documentation, and test reports.
- Collaborate with other Test Engineers and hardware/software developers on testing tools and techniques.
- Drive continuous process improvement within the team.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of test development engineering experience.
- Experience leading medium to large projects.
- Knowledge of test equipment and fixture design.
- Proficiency in bench top electrical debugging and test circuitry design.
- Experience with Linux operating system.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Matlab, or LabVIEW is preferred.
