Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and document testing of electrical systems and components.
- Develop test strategies and solutions for new products with a focus on automation and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback.
- Create test plans to verify and validate adherence to requirements.
- Develop test fixtures, documentation, and test reports.
- Lead medium to large-sized projects in test development engineering.
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement new solutions.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of test development engineering experience.
- Proficiency in test equipment and fixture design.
- Experience with electrical debug tools and test circuitry design.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Basic scripting experience in Python, Matlab, or LabVIEW is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
