Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans.
- Work with other Test Engineers and developers on testing tools and techniques.
- Design and develop test fixtures, documentation, and test reports.
- Lead and develop test strategies for new products with an emphasis on automation and quality.
- Drive continuous process improvement and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create reliable systems.
- Participate in meetings to provide feedback and ensure adherence to requirements.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in test development engineering.
- Experience leading medium to large-sized projects.
- Knowledge of test equipment and fixture design.
- Expertise in test strategy development and implementation.
- Experience with electrical debugging tools and design of test circuitry.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
