Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at contract manufacturers.
- Introduce new manufacturing test technology to enhance production efficiency.
- Review datasheets, schematics, and provide feedback on design practices.
- Drive test requirements and specifications with the hardware development team.
- Collaborate with design engineers to provide design for testability feedback.
- Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
- Develop test station procedures and preventative maintenance plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience with ICT/FCT development and contract manufacturers.
- Expertise in schematic capture and HDI board layout using Cadence.
- Analog design experience, including switching power supplies and LED circuitry.
- Circuit design experience with microcontrollers and firmware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
