Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at contract manufacturers.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology to enhance production efficiency.
- Review datasheets, schematics, and provide feedback on design practices.
- Drive test requirements and specifications with the hardware development team.
- Work with design engineers to provide design for testability feedback.
- Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
- Develop test station procedures and maintenance plans to support production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience with ICT/FCT development and contract manufacturers.
- Analog design expertise and circuit design experience with microcontrollers.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Preferred: MS or PhD in a related field with additional experience.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of quality metrics and process improvement.
