Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at the contract manufacturer.
- Investigate new manufacturing test technology to enhance production efficiency.
- Review datasheets, schematics, and provide design feedback.
- Drive test requirements and collaborate with hardware development teams.
- Troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
- Review hardware designs to ensure manufacturing defect-free products.
- Develop test station procedures and provide training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience with ICT/FCT development and contract manufacturers.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and HDI board layout.
- Analog design expertise, including power supplies and analog signal measurement.
- Circuit design experience with microcontrollers and firmware.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to travel internationally.
