Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and optimize test setups/processes at contract manufacturers.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology to enhance production efficiency.
- Review datasheets, schematics, and provide feedback on design practices.
- Drive test requirements and specifications with the hardware development team.
- Work with design engineers to provide design for testability feedback.
- Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during builds.
- Develop test station procedures and maintenance plans to support production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices.
- Experience in schematic capture and HDI board layout using Cadence.
- Analog design expertise, including experience with power supplies and analog signals.
- Circuit design experience with microcontrollers and firmware.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Preferred: MS or PhD in relevant fields with additional industry experience.
