Responsibilities
- Create mechanisms, processes, and documentation to improve material approval processes or production floor operations.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements for new projects and production issues.
- Drive resolutions within the supply chain network addressing manufacturability and design issues.
- Propose design changes to enhance product manufacturability and testability.
- Qualify supplier production processes based on dimensional data and control plans.
- Design and implement manufacturing tools and fixtures into production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and Tech Ops Engineering process owners.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a co-op program at a university.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Knowledge of analog and digital skills.
- Knowledge of schematic design and debugging skills.
- Experience with 3D CAD.
- Experience with embedded systems and related projects.
- Previous experience working for Amazon or its subsidiaries is preferred.
