Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions for complex problems.
- Collaborate with research and robotics experts to run experiments and improve analytics.
- Partner with technology leaders to address business challenges using scientific methods.
- Create new tools and insights to enhance customer experiences.
- Quantify system performance at scale and expand analysis capabilities.
- Evolve key performance indicators and conduct experiments to understand behaviors.
- Engage with software development and design engineers to enhance the Amazon Robotics system.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- 1+ year of experience in relevant fields like Machine Learning or Applied Statistics.
- 1+ year of experience with data querying and scripting languages.
- Preferred experience of 1+ years as a data scientist or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in data/research roles in an internet-based company.
