Responsibilities
- Review new product drawings and models.
- Generate planning flow for new products, including manufacturing methods and sequences.
- Create Manufacturing Control models and Drawings (MCDs).
- Review manufacturing routers for correctness and completeness.
- Create tool orders and review tool designs for accuracy.
- Organize and run Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.
- Review and disposition rejection reports, including root cause and corrective action.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Highly skilled in Catia v5 and GD&T interpretation.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with manufacturing simulation software is a plus.
- Experience leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Familiarity with various metal fabrication and processing equipment and methods.
