Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in new product development programs.
- Coordinate all phases of new product development, including design and testing.
- Lead small cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Review and approve engineering documentation and outputs.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and execute improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; M.S. preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace product areas.
- Experience with aircraft certification processes.
- Project management skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Knowledge of industry specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
