Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Use formal problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues.
- Initiate and manage productivity and cost savings projects.
- Implement and maintain process controls through advanced quality planning.
- Support evaluation and justification of capital equipment.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure real-time product data availability.
- Interface with design engineering for new product introductions and ongoing production.
Job Requirements
- 0-3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
- Strong engineering and leadership skills.
- Experience in analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CAD and PLM/PDM, with preferred knowledge of AutoDesk Inventor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
