Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical design utilizing various engineering software.
- Conduct HVAC system selections and detailed designs.
- Select and specify mechanical equipment and devices.
- Review submittals and shop drawings; respond to RFIs.
- Document changes to scope, schedule, and budget; advise project team.
- Write technical reports to document engineering analysis and findings.
- Assist senior engineers in reviewing design and development plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-6 years of design experience in consulting engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and engineering processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Revit, and engineering software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Certification preferred.
