Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and collaborate with designers, technicians, and specialists.
- Initiate and implement improvement projects for designs and operability.
- Manage capital and expense project requests, schedules, and costs.
- Interact with fabricators and suppliers to ensure product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with engineering and industry standards.
- Identify and implement new insights while gaining team consensus.
- Maintain and update drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- On track to become a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or currently licensed.
- Ability to manage engineering projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital literacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
