Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality products are manufactured in compliance with standards.
- Review real-time records and executed batch records for material release.
- Provide on-the-floor support during shifts for manufacturing.
- Engage in cross-functional discussions to provide quality guidance.
- Collaborate with peers on issue resolution and compliance.
- Solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Participate in team activities and potentially mentor others.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant quality assurance/compliance experience.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements (ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Certification or license may be required.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Must be available for a 10-hour shift from Sunday to Wednesday.
- Remote work is not an option.
