Responsibilities
- Design components and assemblies for complex system architectures.
- Create fixtures and equipment for product assembly and testing.
- Collaborate with engineers across various disciplines to meet system requirements.
- Design, assemble, and validate prototypes to influence product direction.
- Maintain and improve existing products through design and testing.
- Interact with suppliers for feedback and part procurement.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in consumer electronics or a Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of design for assembly and tolerance stack analysis.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for metal and plastic materials.
- Proficiency in CAD design and hands-on assembly and testing.
- Desire to learn and innovate in a collaborative environment.
- Nice to have: FEA knowledge and experience with SolidWorks.
