Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Perform specific portions of broader engineering assignments.
- Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
- Review shop drawings during the construction administration phase.
- Prepare engineering calculations and develop drawings and visual aids.
- Write reports and memos based on findings for internal and external purposes.
- Ensure discipline plans meet project scope, quality, and schedule requirements.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or related field +2 years of related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's from an ABET accredited University and passed the EIT/FE exam.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a consulting or design-build firm.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with sustainable design and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
