Responsibilities
- Design system architecture and electrical circuit design.
- Collaborate with developers on system development.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales personnel regarding embedded PC hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct pre-sales and post-sales technical assessments and feasibility testing.
- Address field issues and interact with sales personnel.
- Determine customer technical needs and oversee installation based on embedded PC solutions.
- Construct hardware and software demonstration prototypes for sales and marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
- BSEE or BSCE from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in installing and troubleshooting PC hardware.
- Proficiency in PC application coding using languages like Visual Basic and C.
- Understanding of x86/CISC and RISC based PC architecture.
- Familiarity with electronic troubleshooting equipment and mechanical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
