Project Engineer

This role involves coordinating technical activities on projects under the supervision of a Sales Manager and Project Manager. The position focuses on ensuring effective communication across disciplines and contributing to multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects, with a strong emphasis on design and project management.

• Assist Project Manager with managing internal department relationships.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Department on scope, price, and delivery of purchased items.
• Manage job progress onsite and solve operational challenges.
• Oversee daily administrative items as directed by the Project Manager.
• Coordinate project personnel activities to ensure timely and budget-friendly project progress.
• Escalate potential problems and assist in resolving them.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers and subcontractors.

• BS in Engineering; Construction Management, or related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High integrity, business ethics, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
