Responsibilities
- Execute projects with minimal supervision using complete construction documents.
- Complete energy compliance and LEED documentation as required by code.
- Conduct engineering calculations and design duct & piping systems for HVAC and Plumbing.
- Assist in coordinating design and installation with various departments.
- Provide field engineering support including site surveys and scheduling.
- Model HVAC or plumbing systems using 2D and 3D software.
- Communicate effectively with project management and other departments.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Prior internship experience with mechanical contractors or engineering consultants preferred.
- EIT Certificate is desirable.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
