Responsibilities
- Design new products and processes, and improve existing ones.
- Assist the technical product owner in refining product definition and requirements.
- Participate in system level design documentation and requirements specification.
- Conduct safety risk analysis, cybersecurity risk analysis, and product testing (including V&V).
- Develop and maintain integrated system models using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Analyze and document test results for subsystem level entities of complex systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or physical science.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Agile software development processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in JIRA and DOORS (9.6 and/or DNG) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SysML and MBSE methodology is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ISO, MDR, and FDA design control standards is preferred.
