Responsibilities
- Design new products and processes under general supervision.
- Improve and maintain existing products.
- Conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies.
- Ensure designs are cost-efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
- Communicate with engineering personnel to coordinate design efforts.
- Execute less complex projects as needed.
- Assist in the development process of product designs.
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
- Preferred: BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field (Biomedical).
- Experience with Solidworks, Creo, or other CAD software preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
