Responsibilities
- Initiates and completes technical activities for new or improved products or processes.
- Prepares reports and presents findings.
- Analyzes and solves complex engineering problems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing engineering experience; medical device experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
