Responsibilities
- Initiates and completes technical activities for new or improved products or processes.
- Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Analyzes and solves complex engineering problems.
- Develops knowledge to become a recognized authority in a specialization.
- Incorporates business policies into task completion.
- Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products into manufacturing.
- May lead project teams and guide less experienced staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Medical device experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
