Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions.
- Provide guidance and technical mentorship to engineers and technicians.
- Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations.
- Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean manufacturing concepts.
- Coordinate the design, procurement, building, and debugging of tooling, machinery, and test equipment.
- Support compliance with FDA regulations and quality management systems.
- Maintain positive communication and collaboration across various levels and teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant education and work experience.
- 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in the cardiovascular medical device industry and with electronics.
