Responsibilities
- Manage planning, design, and development of manufacturing processes and tools.
- Oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring completion within time and budget.

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet business demands.

- Hire and develop a diverse engineering staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 7-9 years of related work experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven leadership in managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong program management experience with technical projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with injection molding, tool design, and validation activities.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical content to diverse audiences.
