Responsibilities
- Full product design responsibility from concept to production launch.
- Complete 3D design of complex parts and assemblies.
- Advance product performance while reducing cost and mass.
- Develop new technologies with early process development.
- Build prototypes and define specifications for parts and tests.
- Draft and release 2D part and assembly drawings.
- Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and production issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Any level of industry experience from new graduate to seasoned engineer.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in heat transfer, mechanics, and basic electronics.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, with experience in 3DX being a plus.
- Experience in designing for high volume assembly (1 million+ units/year).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to rapidly iterate and learn from hands-on experiences.
