Responsibilities
- Contribute to the process improvement of Tesla Energy Batteries.
- Aid in the development and execution of Design of Experiments (DOEs).
- Support CAD modeling and fixturing tasks.
- Troubleshoot controls and conduct issue analysis.
- Assist in data acquisition and operator training.
- Communicate effectively between Engineering and Production teams.
- Participate in the design and installation of manufacturing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Catia, or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and structure.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling systems.
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and electrochemistry.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, power delivery, and energy storage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
