Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage support questions and requests from Meta engineers.
- Document and improve developer support processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with documentation teams and engineers to provide customer feedback.
- Perform bug fixes and coding tasks as required.
- Create and manage technical documentation and runbooks.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues with clear communication.
- Manage multiple assignments collaboratively and independently.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer science, technical writing, physics, mathematics, or chemistry, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages like JavaScript, Objective-C, Java, PHP, or Python.
- 2+ years in developer support or outreach for a developer audience.
- Experience with the technical development process, including coding and testing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
