Responsibilities
- Design and generate electrical schematics/layouts for circuit board assemblies.
- Collaborate with teams to meet safety, reliability, and certification requirements.
- Support factory engineers from prototyping to product launch.
- Address cross-functional issues related to architecture, production, and development.
- Translate project requirements into technical specifications for system architecture.
- Ensure adherence to design, verification, troubleshooting, and failure analysis standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of design experience in an electronics production environment.
- Experience with interface technologies like CAN, USB, I2C, and aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in circuit simulation and scripting/automation tools.
- Knowledge of overseas supplier base for transitioning designs to manufacturing.
- Strong technical communication and attention to detail.
