Mechanical Design Engineer Senior

The position is for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer on the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program team, responsible for designing and developing missile systems. The role involves supporting the release of fabrication and procurement requirements.

• Designing and releasing engineering documents, including drawings and assembly parts lists.
• Creating and releasing solid models in CREO.
• Performing tolerance analyses to support production planning and operations.
• Supporting Material Review Board Engineering (MRBE) and Supplier Deviation Waivers.
• Providing Missile & Pod Integration support in Camden, Arkansas.
• Coordinating low-rate-production configuration item drawings.
• Utilizing Digital Product Lifecycle Management (dPLM) tools for design processes.

• Proficiency in Creo and PTC Windchill.
• Experience with GD&T and design/drawing.
• Familiarity with model-based definition.
• Background in hardware build, integration, and testing.
• Ability to support suppliers and transition to production activities.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills in engineering and technology.
