Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical packaging solutions for cutting-edge technologies.
- Utilize CREO to create and modify designs.
- Collaborate with technical leadership for guidance and feedback.
- Work independently to drive project progress and meet deadlines.
- Obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, including TS/SCI and SAP access.
- Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Support innovative technology development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proficient with PTC Creo.
- Ability to develop complex CAD models rapidly and accurately.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with structural FEA and mechanical design of RF devices like antennas.
- Strong background in engineering, technology, and innovation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
