Responsibilities
- Evaluate designs for producibility and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Lead manufacturing process validation activities and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify risks to production and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide manufacturing support to Lockheed Martin and supplier factories.
- Work with government customers and integrate launcher equipment.
- Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and technical data.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally 25-50%.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Experience in manufacturing circuit card assemblies to J-STD-001 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
