Responsibilities
- Drive activities related to operations for program(s) into factories.
- Lead cross-functional Program and Manufacturing Readiness forums.
- Oversee manufacturing validation and supply chain readiness.
- Organize and manage pre-launch build activities.
- Finalize and validate the MBOM for the program.
- Validate factory systems (MRP, ERP, MES) for launch preparation.
- Communicate constraints and actionable items throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of complex production line operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing validation processes for new products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or CAD models.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
